Selling and buying a house can be stressful at the best of times, but the stress goes up a notch when you’ve found the house you want but need to sell your existing house in order to have sufficient finance within the contract period.
It was through John that we found our new house and, being impressed with his non-aggressive approach- John is not your stereotypical salesman- we thought we should employ his services to sell our existing house. Because of the constraints of the Subject to Finance clause in our contract, we only had one week in which to gain a contract on the existing house. We had our doubts and worries, but John in his quiet confidence and knowledge of the market assured us everything was under control- and it was!
We gained a contract on the house within a week of going on the market- everything fell into place, and we are now in our dream home. Throughout it all we were impressed with John’s knowledge, integrity and ability to bring calm to a stressful time. We will be recommending him to anyone.
