Gerard really has a great eye for composition – every photo is perfectly framed with great colour balance and lighting. He puts most professional fine art photographers to shame!
And the video is excellent for the same reasons as well as the sense of flow from entering the property and moving through the retail and residential areas and giving a great sense of how it would feel to live and work here.
In fact I’m so impressed by the presentation that I’m beginning to wonder why the current owners would ever want to leave!

Mark had an unusual property to sell on our behalf, one that did not appeal to many buyers at the price advertised. However, Mark persisted with open inspections and follow-ups and we were rewarded with a good price in the end. Good job. Mark faithfully attended to the long-haul marketing and selling tasks when the hard yards mattered.
Communication back to us could have been more pro-active at times but the work was always being done, and bore fruit.
