Jan and Barry were professional and respectful from the start, producing a workable plan for the sale of our property. They guided us and followed up on all the steps in the process, giving excellent support. We felt that they were working on our side, as a part of a motivated team with everyone being very positive and confident with the aim of the sale of our property. Jan and Barry were always prompt and reliable with their updates and analysis as well as making themselves available by very quickly returning calls, visiting out of business hours or whenever we needed them. In early 2017, my wife and I decided to move to Tamborine Mountain. Having sold our house in Brisbane we had precious little time to find appropriate accommodation. We had been looking at houses to purchase for several months without success.
As part of our search we had to deal with several Realtors but it wasn’t until we contacted Jan Pickett at the Professionals that our search showed results. We first met Elizabeth Stirling when we were looking to purchase a home on Tamborine Mountain in 2009. Having spoken other sales people we decided that Elizabeth was to be the person we would deal through.
From the beginning we formed a close relationship with Elizabeth who quickly worked out the type and size of property we were looking for and only presented homes that would suit us. We only inspected a few homes before we made our choice – great job Elizabeth.
We decided in 2016 that we would sell our home and move closer to the coast and a smaller home.
Prior to putting our home on the market our neighbours were having trouble selling their home so we suggested that they contact Elizabeth and she came through again, happy neighbours – great job Elizabeth.
After discussion with Elizabeth, great publicity photos and a video our home was advertised for sale. Recommendations for presentation and pre sale planning were discussed and adopted.
We had a couple of open homes and within one month a contract was signed and we could commence our plan for the next move – great job Elizabeth.
