Barry Chick was the agent responsible for handling the sale of our property on Mt Tamborine. He was also the agent we bought the house from some 20 years ago. We were pleased to hand the house over to him as we knew he was a capable and experienced individual who dealt with people professionally building up rapport with them.
It took a while to sell the house as the property downturn had started. Barry didn’t exert pressure to lower our expectations but presented every offer with wise council willing always to discuss the comments potential buyers left. He never shied away from answering our questions honestly and directly.
We were happy for the sale to eventuate at a price we were happy with and can recommend Barry to any potential seller as trustworthy, reliable and willing to do everything required to sell a property.

Sapphire Sunrise was such a beautiful place to stay. I stayed here the night before my wedding, and got ready here. Ashleigh was so accommodating, allowing me to have the photographer and hairstylist at the house. The views were beautiful and the house was absolutely stunning. The check in process was so easy and Ashleigh was very quick in responding to my messages. I would definitely recommend.
