We worked with Michael as the prospective buyers of what ended up being our new home in Mount Tamborine. Because of both our particular situation and some aspects of the home, it was not a straight-forward sale and purchase process. We had to negotiate and sort a few things, and Michael was the consummate professional in sorting those things out between us and the owner. That extended right through to this past week when we were keen to get some things in storage under the home pre-settlement – and even though Michael had no obligation to do so at all (ie the contract deal was already done), he worked things through with the owner on our behalf, and managed to get us the access keys at short notice. Which is why we’ve summarised our working and engagement with Michael as “responsive, courteous and facilitative”, and we’d recommend his services to any prospective seller (or buyer).
